This will ask for a brief description of your proposed activities/location/business development plans/outline budgets etc.. The Magpie Consultancy will then advise on the likelihood of potential grant opportunities.

Full Grant Appraisal
The Magpie Consultancy will if it feels that there is a reasonable chance of success, contract to undertake a detailed appraisal of your business in order to identify those areas of activity which might attract EU / National / Local Grant funding. This service will include a cost benefit analysis and an appraisal of the methods of implementation. A full feasibility study can be prepared on request.

Preparation of Grant Applications
The Magpie Consultancy will, if requested, prepare formal grant applications complying with the relevant competent authority’s requirements. However it is important that clients ensure that Grant applications are properly incorporated into their business and product development plans and thus ensure maximum benefits over the longer term. 

Submission
The Magpie Consultancy will, if requested, undertake the formal submission of applications on behalf of clients. This will include the presentation, consultation and negotiation of amendments in order to ensure maximum success for clients. No win no fee can be arranged!.

Reports/Records during implementation
The Magpie Consultancy will, if requested, provide help-line facilities to ensure that all management disciplines and record keeping systems are in place and being operated correctly i.e. optimize the amount of Grant received by clients.

Actually claiming the Grant 
The Magpie Consultancy will, if requested, prepare the reports and financial records for submission to the verifiers and obtain final approval of expenditure and the payment of grant .
